The preferred method of off-site construction will be allowed to change over time as better solutions evolve and become available. Our current preferred solution is a timber framed panellised kit engineered in the factory and delivered to site flat packed.

We will engage with local businesses in your area to provide civil engineering services and also to supply the workforce needed to implement site preparations such as drainage, services and foundations ready for the delivery of your home.
